The Counseling Center of the North Shore is seeking a staff therapist (LSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, LMFT or PsyD) with experience and an interest in working with couples and families, as well as individuals. The therapist will report to the CCNS Clinical Director and will be a member of the CCNS clinical team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
- See clients weekdays and at least three evenings per week or one evening per week and Saturdays.
- Participate in weekly individual clinical supervision and group consultation.
- Maintain 65% in direct service hours of total productivity per month.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation by their respective deadlines, including: time sheets, progress notes, assessments, incident reports, etc.
- Engage in continuing education trainings for professional growth and development as well as per licensure requirements.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other related field.
- Active IL license to practice as a LSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD or PhD.
- Experience providing outpatient-based mental health services. Preference to candidates with experience working with couples and/or families.
- Therapists applying for this position must be willing to work in the evenings and/or Saturdays.
