The Counseling Center of the North Shore is seeking a full-time staff therapist (LSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, LMFT or PsyD) with experience and an interest in working with children and/or couples, as well as individual adult clients. The therapist will report to the CCNS Clinical Director and will be a member of the CCNS clinical team. Full-time therapists see clients in our Winnetka office at least three days/evenings per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and counseling to individuals (children and adults), couples, and families.
- See clients weekdays and at least three evenings per week or one evening per week and Saturdays.
- Participate in weekly individual clinical supervision and group consultation.
- Maintain 70% of total hours in direct service hours each month.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation by their respective deadlines, including: time sheets, progress notes, assessments, incident reports, etc.
- Engage in continuing education trainings for professional growth and development as well as per licensure requirements.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other related field.
- Active IL license to practice as a LSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD or PhD.
- Experience providing outpatient-based mental health services. Preference to candidates with experience working with children, couples, and/or families.
