The Counseling Center of the North Shore is seeking an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or PsyD with experience and an interest in working with couples and families. The therapist will report to the CCNS Clinical Director and will be a member of the CCNS clinical team. Candidates should have a desire to be part of a community of clinicians committed to continued growth and learning.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and counseling couples and families.
- Maintain Saturday hours and/or at least two evenings per week.
- Participate in weekly individual clinical supervision and group consultation.
- Maintain 65% in direct service hours of total productivity per month.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation by their respective deadlines, including: time sheets, progress notes, assessments, incident reports, etc.
- Engage in continuing education trainings for professional growth and development as well as per licensure requirements.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other related field.
- Active IL license to practice as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD or PhD.
- At least one year of experience in providing outpatient-based mental health services to couples and/or families.
- Therapists applying for this position must be willing to work on Saturdays and/or at least two evenings per week.
