I believe that change, healing and growth is possible when an individual, couple or family is provided a safe, responsive and understanding therapeutic environment in which to process difficult feelings, learn new ways of approaching others and recognize one's own internal strengths.

Kathy Fink, MA, LCPC

Kathy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over three decades of experience in providing counseling and therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She utilizes an integrative approach that draws from attachment theory as well as psychodynamic approaches.
I believe that the attachments and connections that we make as young children provide a perspective and template to how we interact and develop future relationships. However, sometimes these templates cause undue burdens and obstacles which hold us back from reaching our full potential. I help individuals recognize their freedom to learn how to create their own templates for healthy and satisfying lives.
