Services During the COVID-19 Pandemic
During the coronavirus outbreak, the Counseling Center of the North Shore is providing Telehealth counseling and therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant videoconference and telephone. Most of the major insurance companies (including Blue Cross Blue Shield IL) and Medicare have expanded coverage to include Telehealth services. (Clients: Please be advised that this information is not a guarantee of payment. It is still necessary to call the customer service phone number on the back of your insurance card to verify coverage.)
